Step 1: Kickstart
(First 5 Days)

During this step:

You’ll likely start to feel positive changes within these first 3 days. This phase prepares your body for effective detoxing in Step 2.

Step 2: Detox & Fat Loss
(Approx. 25 Days)

This is your transformation phase.
During this step:

  • Meals are calorie-restricted to support fat burning.
  • Follow an easy meal plan or choose from an approved food list (great for those with dietary needs).
  • Continue with your supplements, which are vital for support and results.

Expect to see noticeable changes in your energy, digestion, and body composition.

Step 3: Maintenance
(21 Days)

Now it’s time to lock in your results and learn how to sustain them.
During this step:

  • Focus on stabilizing your weight and balancing your body.
